The school Owen attends (Oakmont Preschool and Kindergarten) may be forced to close at the end of this school year, and we are trying to help raise money to save it. At this time, our goal is $13,500, which will buy the school one year’s time to restructure and find a new location. We found Oakmont at a time when Owen was really struggling, and I truly believe that the loving guidance he's received there over the past 3.5 years has changed his story.
Most of you know how much I enjoy photography and crafting, so I’m hoping to put those hobbies to work in support of Oakmont. I am offering any of the following for an up-front $50 donation to “Friends of Oakmont”:
- Casual, outdoor portraits of up to three children and/or pets (30-minute session, minimum of 15 final images given to you in digital form)
- Action shots at one of your child’s local sporting/extracurricular events
- An unframed 5x7 watercolor of your childhood/first home (you supply the photograph)
