(l) Meeting his teammates and trying Big League Chew for the first time. He sucked on it like spaghetti. (I swear the smell of that gum took me right back to my Little League days!)
(r) Getting instruction from Coach Andy, who has to be the best t-ball coach ever.
Owen has had two practices now. He was pretty overwhelmed and acted like Eeyore all through the first one, but he was still itching to get back out there and had a much better time last night. And I'm doing my best to figure out how to dress him more like an athlete. The too small t-shirt and white bobby socks with black cleats up there just isn't cutting it.
Big things about to happen for our house's curb appeal! The work starts next Monday, so I'll keep you posted.

wow! that truck looks like it has exciting things in store for you!
As for Owey and his Tball - he is too cute!
My heart just jumped out of my chest when I saw Owen in a ball uniform. I love it. He is so stinkin cute. He is growing up too fast.
Where did you find your wood?
Send us the t-ball schedule!!!
I remember my first day of ball practice as a kid. I could not wait to get there because my dad was so excited about it and it was something I felt I could do better than any of the other boys. I remember all of you girls first practices as well. Shelley, you were always such a people pleaser and a perfectionist, I think back and remember I probably pushed you too hard. Don't worry about the uniform. Ball players wear them differently now. Everybody does their own thing and Owen will fit right in.
You are going to have a blast watching Owen play T-ball. Sure wish your Mom and Dad were closer to see him play. You will have to take some videos and post so we can all enjoy him. Have fun! Love you all much!
